Paper Snowflakes

By now in November it's getting chilly, so what better way to celebrate the coming of winter than with paper snowflakes?  Even if you live where it doesn't snow, this craft is easy and fun!  Even the Rugrats can do it!

What you need:
Paper
Scissors

What you do:
Cut the paper into a circle and then fold it into fourths.  Don't unfold it!  Next, cut little triangles and other shapes along the
folded sides.  When you're done with that, cut a pattern along the sides without creases.  Unfold your masterpiece and enjoy!  If you make lots, you could have an indoor snowstorm!
